(Opening of an Account, Privacy, Passwords, Logging-In)
What do you charge for the opening and maintaining of an account?
Nothing. All of our services, including opening an account, uploading of CDs,
editing of images, and sharing of the pictures, are absolutely free of charge,
so have as much fun with your ApplePrints account as you want. We only charge
you for the actual printing of your pictures. For help with the printing

How do I open an account with ApplePrints?
Click on Join Now link (the link is located
on the home page) and simply follow the screens. We will ask you to input your
name, E-mail address and password. You will need to check off the box
"accept the Terms and Conditions." Please read the Terms and
Conditions that specifies terms and conditions of use before you check the
acceptance box. Once you have submitted all the necessary information and your
account has been established, you will receive a “Welcome to
ApplePrints.com”
E-mail.
How long will you keep my account open?
Your account will stay open as long as you want. However, if we notice no
activity on your account for more than 6 months, we will contact you to confirm
whether or not you would like to continue to be a member of our service.
Accounts
which have been inactive for more than 180 days will be considered abandoned
and discontinued. All personal information and credit card
information will be deleted. All pictures uploaded, prepaid prints purchased
and discounts granted will be removed.
If
you would like us to extend your membership, you can do any one of three
things:

Respond to our E-mail by clicking on Please extend my Account

Login to your ApplePrints account

Send us an E-mail asking to extend your account for another 6 months.
How do you protect my personal information?
We have put in place certain security procedures to prevent any unauthorized
access to your personal information and your privacy. We safeguard your
information by using industry standard secure server software (SSL) for all
transactions. SSL uses encryption technology to make sure that your personal
information is protected while traveling between our server and your web
browser.
Will my personal information be used by any third party?
ApplePrints will use collected information only to provide you with its
services and products. Your personal information will not, under any
circumstances, be disclosed to any outside party, used for the secondary
purposes, sold, traded or rented. Please see Privacy Policy

Do you ask for my credit card information when I open an account?
No. We will ask for your billing information only when you are ready to order
prints from your albums. Remember, all of our services, including opening of an
account, uploading of CDs, editing of images, and sharing of the pictures are
absolutely free of charge, so have as much fun with your ApplePrints account as
you want. We only charge you for the actual printing of your pictures. For help

Will you use my E-mail address for anything other than order and shipping
notifications?
When you register with our site, you are being asked whether you would like to
receive promotional E-mails. If you request to receive such E-mails, we will
send you information about our services, discounts, new products and features,
contests, and other information that may be of interest to you. You may always
unsubscribe to our E-mail notifications at any time by contacting customer
service. If you did not check promotional E-mails box, you will not receive
anything other than order and shipping notification E-mails.
How do I change my account information?
It is your responsibility to keep your personal information updated for the
duration of your membership with ApplePrints. After your account is
established, you can review or make changes to your account information at any
time by going to my account
link or request a change to your information by contacting ApplePrints through
e-mail service.
I am trying to register using my E-mail address, but keep getting an “Duplicate
E-mail” error message.
Most likely, you or a member of your family had already registered with
ApplePrints.com in the past, using the same E-mail address. Instead of creating
your account, type your E-mail address and check off the password
reminder box, and we will gladly E-mail your password to
you. Alternatively, you can create a new account using a different E-mail
address. If you still getting an error message, contact
support@appleprints.com
, and we will help you create your ApplePrints account.
I forgot my password, how do I login?
In case you forget your password, type your E-mail address and check off
password reminder
box, and we will gladly email your password to you. Please remember, passwords
are case sensitive.
Do I have to type my E-mail address and password every time I login?
No. You can check the Remember me
box and your E-mail address will automatically appear next time you visit
ApplePrints.com.
I am unable to login no matter what I try!
