How do I place my order?

Step 1: Select pictures

Click on Order Prints link (the link is located at the top of the screen). If you have pictures previously added to your Order Prints Card, you will see your selections with the option to add more pictures or change your previous selection. If your Order Prints Card is empty, click on add pictures button, which will bring you to the screen where you can select pictures from all of your albums. You can select images from different albums. Select images that you want to print by checking the box located under the thumbnail. If you want to print all images from the album, click on select all. Likewise, you have an option to unselect all images, by clicking on unselect all. Then click on add selected pictures to order print card.

 

Step 2: Review your selection

Please review your selection and specify size, quantity, and type of photo paper. You have the option to choose size, quantity and type of photo paper (glossy or matte finish) for all selected images by making your selection on select for all section or by making individual selections for each picture at the time. (Most of our customers find the ability to make a selection for all prints at one time to be a very useful tool). Make sure that all the selected images are the ones that you what to print. You can remove an image that you do not want to be printed by unclicking the box under the thumbnail. You can always add more pictures.

Click Next.

 

Step 3: Shipping information

Input your shipping information or select from existing shipping addresses. You can send your prints to more than one address.

Click Next.

 

Step 4: Review your order

Please carefully review your order and shipping information. Apply any discount codes that you may have.

Click Checkout.

 

Step 5: Checkout

This is the final stage. Please review your billing information before you place the order. When ordering for the first time, enter your billing information, that will be stored in your account. You will see all of the order, shipping, billing and discount information for your final review. Click Place my order if all is accurate.

In about 30-60 seconds, an order confirmation will appear on your screen. Our credit card processor operates in “real time.” If credit card information is not correct, or credit is denied, your order will not be processed. No E-mail notification will be sent to you. Simply resubmit your credit card information again. Once your order is submitted and charges go through, you will receive an E-mail notifying you that your account has been charged and show all the details of the order.

  

How long does it take to process my order?

If you place your order before 2 PM Eastern Standard Time Monday through Friday, your order will be processed the same day. Standard delivery takes about 3-6 business days depending on final destination. Late Thursday and Friday orders will be processed but not shipped out to you until the following Monday. The same rule applies for national holidays. Once we process your order and forward it to the mail carrier, you will receive an E-mail notification.

 

 

How do I track my order?

You will be able to track your order by logging in and going to My account and Order history. You will also receive two E-mail notifications, first when you place your order, and second, when it is ready and being forwarded to the mail carrier. If you have a specific question regarding your order, send us an E-mail at support@appleprints.com Your open order will have different status messages next to it:

 

Received

Your order was submitted and received. Your credit card was charged. An E-mail notification was sent to you showing your order and charges. The order is ready to be processed.

In Process

We are processing your order. If you place your order before 2 PM Eastern time, your order will be processed the same day.

Shipped

Your order has been sent to you. Standard delivery, using USPS, takes about 2-5 days depending on the final destination. An E-mail notification was sent to you.

  

How can I see my past order history?

You will be able to see your order history by logging in and going to My account and Order history. All of your order history will be stored in your Order history and is available for your review.

 

Can I cancel my order after it was placed?

You cannot cancel or change your order after it is submitted to us. If there is an error in your shipping information, please notify us immediately. Although our process is highly automated, in most cases, we will be able to make changes to your shipping information prior to forwarding your order to a mail carrier.

  

What if I realize that the credit information that I have given to you is incorrect?

Our credit card processor operates in “real time.” If credit card information is not correct, or credit is denied, you order will not be processed. No E-mail notification will be sent to you. Simply resubmit your credit card information one more time.

  

What types of credit cards does ApplePrints accept?

ApplePrints accepts MasterCard, Visa and American Express credit cards for payments.

 

Do you accept Debit Cards?

Yes. MasterCard and Visa debit cards are also accepted.

 

Do you accept cash, personal/business checks or money orders?

No, we do not accept cash, personal/business checks or money orders. Please refer to Terms and Conditions, which require anyone using our service to have a valid credit card.

 

Do you keep my billing information on file with my account?

Yes, your billing information gets stored on your account. This allows us to process your orders more efficiently. However, every time you place an order, we ask you whether you would like to use existing billing information or provide us with new credit card information. In addition, you can always go to My account and review your billing information or make any necessary changes. Please remember that it is your responsibility to keep personal information updated for the duration of your membership with ApplePrints.

 

Is my credit card information safe with ApplePrints?

ApplePrints has put in place certain security procedures to prevent any unauthorized access to your personal information and your privacy. We safeguard your information by using industry standard secure server software (SSL) for all the transactions. Please remember, when you review your billing information on file, your credit card number is shown only up to four digits. If at any time you believe that there was a fraudulent charge on a credit card in connection with your ApplePrints membership, please contact us immediately support@appleprints.com
