How long does it take before I receive my order?

If you placed your order before 2 PM Eastern time, your order will be processed the same day. Standard delivery takes about 3-6 days depending on final destination. Once we have processed your order and forwarded it to the mail carrier, you will receive E-mail notification.

How do I track my order?

You will be able to track your order by logging in and going to My account and Order history. You will also receive two E-mail notifications, first when you place your order, and second, when it is ready and being forwarded to the mail carrier. If you have a specific question regarding your order, send us an E-mail at support@appleprints.com Your open order will have different status messages next to it:

Received	Your order was submitted and received. Your credit card was charged. An E-mail notification was sent to you showing your order and charges. The order is ready to be processed.
In Process	We are processing your order. If you place your order before 2 PM Eastern time, your order will be processed the same day.
Shipped	Your order has been sent to you. Standard delivery, using USPS, takes about 2-5 days depending on the final destination. An E-mail notification was sent to you.

What do you use to ship my prints?

We use special non bendable photo mailers, so your prints will not be damaged in transit. If your prints are damaged by the mail carrier, please E-mail support@appleprints.com and send your complete (damaged and non damaged pictures) back to us and we will gladly replace them with new ones.

Do you include an index card with my order?

Yes, each shipment includes an index card that summarizes your order.
